The main budget bill - SB 77 - was passed by both houses (Assembly on July 20, and the Senate on August 21). The Senate took action on most of the budget trailer bills - but not all, and also passed new versions (though nearly identical in most cases) of trailer bills that required the Assembly to also approve it on August 21, 2007. In some cases - SB 83 and SB 98, the Senate did not act, replacing SB 83 for AB 203 (with nearly identical provisions), but refusing to even consider SB 98.
CDCAN will issue a separate vote record report listing how each member vote on each of the budget related bills and the main budget bill in both houses.
