The Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE)
certification program is governed by state regulations in the California
Code of Regulations, Title 2, Division 2, chapter 3, subchapter 10.5, sections
1860 et seq (continuing on from that number). The Department of General
Services proposes addition to the DVBE regulations for a DVBE Incentive Program.
