STATE BUDGET CRISIS - Impact of the three month delay on people with disabilities, mental health needs, seniors, community organizations, providers, workers who provide supports and services.  This townhall will focus on the delay - its impact, problems, and response from the State and others.  Guests (confirmed) include Secretary Kim Belshe of the California Health and Human Services Agency, Chief Deputy Director Stan Rosenstein of the Department of Health Care Services, possibly Terri Delgadillo, Director of the Department of Developmental Services, officials from other state agencies.
